This is a sales group for early-stage founders who are either first-time founders or owners of stable small businesses. They are selling new solutions as new companies, entering new markets, or scaling sales processes. Selling a new solution – or selling to a new market – in an established small business, or selling a new solution as a brand new company, carry common challenges when it comes to bringing your value to market with the average buyer who needs your solution. In the Sales Membership: 1) Each member gets to select 5 account or contact targets that our team will pursue for sales conversations across a month's time in a fractional capacity. It's a rolling list of targets, such that if you want to switch one out month-to-month you can make that selection and take back old leads you assigned to us. 2) Weekly "office hours" to allow all group members to bring conversations focused on messagine, buyer targeting, and deal progression tactics. Members have a channel with us. They can reach out with a scenario they need help with for asynchronous support as well. We function as a "hotline" to work through sales difficulties or to expand member successes. 3) We guide and mobilize founders and their resources in a sales capacity through targeted task assignments month-to-month, because every early-stage owner needs to be a part of selling their solution in order for them to effectively grow toward exit or owning a legacy, stable business. We sell as a team with each member's staff or other resources. 4) We track your business goals month-to-month in a personalized capacity to keep things organized, and meet monthly to address this. 5) We can bring expert sales pros to the table if we need to, in order to work through more complex sales challenges and keep your revenue operations from getting stuck. We work on establishing sales strategy, discussing tactical strategies for full-cycle sales (from lead generation through closed-won new customer relationships) to allow founders and stable small businesses gain traction with what they are selling in less time and with longer-term benefit. We also provide a think-tank benefit to help companies work through scaling challenges. Sales professionals working in a startup environment can also benefit from engaging in this group for our "ask-me-anything" sessions and topical discussions week-to-week. Related to this, as mentioned before, we can bring in other veteran sales pros to speak on topics that can help everyone become better sales professionals and more rapidly succeed in growing from the early-stage through to an exit or to having a legacy business that lasts for decades and even into the next generation of one's family. What is a coaching program?
A coaching program is a structured, multi-week curriculum with scheduled lessons, reflections, and accountability check-ins. Unlike a single session, a program produces a measurable behavior-change outcome over time.
What is a group cohort?
A group cohort is a set of participants moving through the same program on a shared schedule. Cohorts include peer accountability, group discussion, and live sessions with the coach.
What is a booking link?
A booking link is a direct URL where clients can book a one-off coaching session with a specific coach. Payments run through Stripe and the session lands on both calendars automatically.
