Dr. Yvonka De Ridder
Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Yvonka De Ridder is the CEO at Goalvana, bringing more than 15 years of experience across behavioral health, executive leadership, and organizational strategy. Her career has focused on building and scaling care models that balance clinical integrity with operational reality. At Goalvana, she applies a systems-level approach to improving access, quality, and long-term viability in mental health care. She is known for developing leaders, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and designing workflows that reduce friction for both providers and the people they serve.

Co-Founder & CTO
Henry is the Chief Technology Officer at Goalvana, where he leads platform architecture, product engineering, and technology strategy for AI-driven coaching and personal development tools. He brings over 20 years of experience in edtech and eLearning, building and modernizing software platforms used in high-impact, regulated environments. An Air Force veteran, Henry's leadership style is shaped by operational discipline, accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure. He splits his time between Tallahassee Florida and a small hobby farm in Costa Rica with his wife, three dogs, and a cat.
